Refund policy

We want StudyWiz to be worth it. If it isn’t, here is how refunds work.

StudyWiz Plus

• The 12-month plan comes with a 7-day free trial for families new to Plus. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
• If you’re not happy within 14 days of a paid charge, email us for a full refund of that charge.
• After that, you can cancel anytime and keep Plus until the end of the period, with no further charges.

Credit packs

• Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused credits within 14 days.

How to ask

Email padhipk7@gmail.com from your account email with the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
